Don't worry if you haven't booked your trip yet. You can still sign-up for StreamThru and use our reminder service.

With the StreamThru reminder service, you tell us when you're planning to travel, and then nearer the time of your departure we send you an email reminding you to add your trip itinerary to StreamThru.

Simply forward your flight confirmation email to addMyTrip@streamthru.com. When we receive your flight details, we'll send you an acknowledgement by return email, we'll create an itinerary for your new trip, and we'll automatically send out SMS reminders starting the day before you trip begins.

After forwarding your email, you can check the details of your trip and add extra events into your itinerary by signing in to your StreamThru account.

"Instant Itinerary" is a new StreamThru feature, so when we receive a booking confirmation email in a format that we've not seen before, we need to teach StreamThru about this new format before we can add your trip. We do this as quickly as we can, and often turn new email formats around in a lot less than 48 hours.

However, if your trip begins in less than 48 hours, you can still sign-in to StreamThru and add your flight details manually.

The easiest way to provide your flight details to StreamThru is to forward your booking confirmation email to addMyTrip@streamthru.com. This way we'll set-up your multi-leg flights for you automatically.

If you want to add your flights manually, you can sign in to StreamThru and add a new trip. The easiest way to add a multi-leg flight is by adding your flights one by one.

To do this:
  • Add your first flight, leaving the return date blank.
  • On the 'Confim your flights' page select the link entitled: "If all of your flights are not shown above add more flights here before continuing" to add your next flight
  • Repeat this process until you've entered all your flights

To use the StreamThru application, you need to download the StreamThru application from either Nokia's OVI store or from App and then sign in to the StreamThru application using your existing StreamThru username and password.

Note: If you already have trips set-up in StreamThru and you wish to view these from the StreamThru application, you'll need to sign in to your StreamThru account and update your details. On the 'Edit your personal details page' where it says 'I prefer to use' select 'The StreamThru mobile application'.

To switch from using the StreamThru application to the SMS and mobile-web service, you'll need to sign in to your StreamThru account and update your details. On the 'Edit your personal details page' where it says 'I prefer to use' select 'StreamThru's SMS and mobile-web services'.
